Assisted Living is a community-style setting where residents can receive supportive care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Memory Support services involve secured environments where residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias may age gracefully and peacefully while receiving more focused guidance and care.

The Care Concierge is a Senior Referral & Placement agency focused on helping seniors find the best Assisted Living or Dementia Support fit. We serve all of RI and select parts of MA & CT. We are open 24/7, so if you need help finding a solution fast, the Care Concierge is at your service.

initial consultation
As part of our initial consultation, we want to know all about you and have a full picture of what your needs and desires are for the right senior living option.

We want to know all about your loved one: where did they grow up; what jobs did they have; what do they do for fun? These are some of the topics we will explore to help create the perfect community list.
Compare Choices & Schedule Visits
We will develop a list of 3-4 carefully vetted senior care communities which may be a match for what you are looking for. We will not give your information out without your permission; we can be your point of contact for these communities, and organize the move-in process around your schedule to minimize stress.
Compare & Decide
As part of our service to you, we will join you on your visit to as many of the places on our recommended list as you would like. Some families find it helpful to have a person in their corner who understands the senior living world when they tour; however, if you would prefer not to have us along, that's okay too!

Once you have selected a community, we can continue to serve as your advocate up until the day of move in. Ensuring the best quality of life is our ultimate goal!
